Paramo map in PUBG Battlegrounds

What it feels like to play

Paramo sits in a nice middle space: smaller than the big maps, but not a pure brawl box. You’ll still rotate, you’ll still take smart fights, and you’ll still get surprised because the layout isn’t always identical match to match.

What to expect

  • Early game: Plenty of action, but you can pick a quieter landing if you want a steadier start.
  • Mid game: Frequent skirmishes around ridges and compounds.
  • Late game: Circles close fast enough that positioning matters more than loot perfection.

Tips that usually pay off

  • Stay flexible. If your “usual spot” isn’t playing the same today, rotate earlier instead of forcing it.
  • Carry utility. Paramo fights often come down to who can create space with smokes and grenades.
  • Expect close-to-mid range fights more than long sniper duels.

A bit of history

Paramo debuted in October 2020 during Season 9 as a 3×3 map with a “dynamic world” feel, aiming to keep matches from turning into the exact same script every time.

On this page you can see when Paramo is in rotation for different PUBG regions, what kind of gameplay to expect, and how it compares to other PUBG maps like Sanhok and Karakin.
